Work with Us!

One of the greatest gifts he gave me was teaching me how to build and lead teams. He showed me that strong teams arenât formed by accidentâtheyâre built through trust, clarity, accountability, and genuine care for people. His example taught me how to recognize strengths in others, how to empower them, and how to create an environment where people feel valued and capable of doing their best work.
What I value most is his ability to challenge me with intention. He never handed me answers; he taught me how to think, how to lead, and how to stay grounded in safety, integrity, and people-first decision-making. Whether we were working together formally, collaborating informally, or simply talking as friends, his guidance was consistent and unwavering.
There were moments when I was unsure of my next step, and he was the one who helped me see the bigger picture. There were opportunities I wasnât sure I could rise to, and he was the one who said, âYouâve got this.â
Looking back, I can see how his influence threads through so many of my accomplishments. I often hear Donovanâs voice in my head when I begin to doubt myself. He didnât just help me grow; he helped me believe in my own growth. Thatâs a rare gift, and Iâm grateful to have had it for more than a decade.
His belief in me helped me believe in myselfâand thatâs a gift Iâll carry throughout the rest of my career.
My husband heard him one time. Just one time. And I watched his leadership expand immediately. His vision became clear. His direction became focused. The way he showed up for himself and for our family elevated.
Two different experiences. One leadership standard.
When one leader can strengthen a seasoned leader over time and awaken leadership in someone in a single moment, then bring that impact back into one household with clarity, alignment, and direction, the result goes far beyond leadership. It changes how a family thinks, how it leads, and how it builds. It shapes what is passed down, what is expected, and what is possible. I have seen it in my own home. A generation has already been changed, and the generations that follow will never start where we did. That is what true leadership does. It does not just influence the present. It rewrites the future.
There are many who speak about leadership. Very few understand it. Almost none can develop it in others and make it last.â
His sessions on high-performance teams, communication, feedback, and DISC behavior really made a difference for us. The impact was strong. We saw a shift in how our team put in more meaningful effort to work together and communicate better based on the strategies he shared.
What Donovon did wasn’t just training. It created a culture change, both in the workplace and even at home. Our team now has a better understanding of each other’s behaviors, expectations, and communication styles, and it’s helped improve collaboration across departments.
I truly believe every company should give their employees the opportunity to experience this training at least once a year. Honestly, a few people in the training even asked if he could bring this into their marriages-that’s how impactful and relatable it was.
